We are seeking a permanent part-time team member for a 12-month position, available for both day and night shifts. We offer consistent weekly shifts for the next 2–3 months, with our roster planned 4 weeks in advance!

About the role

The Registered Nurse is a contemporary clinician with a passion for dementia care excellence. You will be responsible for providing high quality person-centred clinical care to residents, including clinical assessments and specialised nursing care. You will also provide leadership and guidance to the care and wellbeing teams,and will have in-charge responsibilities after hours.

We are looking for Registered Nurses to support our team at Allambie Heights on a Casual basis which can include night shifts.

The successful applicant will:

Registered Nurse Div 1 (registered with AHPRA) with a current practice certificate

A passion for person-centred care delivery and dementia care excellence

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Demonstrated skills in documentation, care planning and assessment

A good understanding of AN-ACC and the Aged Care Quality Standards

Experience in leading people or supporting care teams

Well-developed communication skills

Strong knowledge of safe work practices

Intermediate computer literacy, including applications in aged care and/or health services.
