About the Role
As a Registered Nurse with E4 Healthcare, you’ll be working casual shifts across aged care facilities in the Murray River area. You’ll be a vital part of the clinical care team, ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care while supporting and mentoring care staff on shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality clinical care to aged care residents
• Performing assessments, managing care plans, and updating documentation
• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Leading and supporting Personal Care Workers during your shift
• Ensuring all care provided meets AHPRA and aged care compliance standards
• Communicating with residents, families, and allied health professionals

What We’re Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 months of experience in an aged care or clinical setting
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to new environments
• Up-to-date Police Check (within 12 months)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (as per health directives)
