Your new role

In this exciting new role, you will be:

• Delivering a broad range of projects end-to-end.
  
• Acting as an escalation point for the level 1 & 2 IT support team.
  
• Developing and maintaining documentation to outline best practice and processes.
  
• Conducting research & development tasks on the latest solutions.
  
• Ensure stability, improvement and security of infrastructure.
  
• Maintaining and optimising IT infrastructure.
  

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your application, you will need:

• Demonstrated experience in project delivery and management of cloud & on-prem Infrastructure.
  
• Proven experience with Azure, Intune, Office 365, Windows Server, Hyper-V / VMware and Network troubleshooting.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  
• Tertiary education in Information Technology, as well as Microsoft, Azure, VMware and ITIL certifications are highly advantageous.
  
• Full work rights within Australia.
