We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate installation, and adjustment of a variety of window coverings, (Internal & External) including blinds, shutters, curtains and shades and Security Doors. You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Install and fit blinds, shutters, and other coverings to a professional standard

Inspect products for defects or damage before installation

Provide advice to customers on the correct operation and care of their blinds

Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy after installation

Follow safety procedures and use tools/equipment correctly

Liaise with the scheduling team to manage daily job assignments

Handle minor repairs or adjustments as required

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in blinds installation, carpentry, or a similar trade is desirable but not essential (training can be provided)

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Good communication and customer service skills

Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling products

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
