About the role

Trill Group is seeking multiple full-time Labourer/Skilled Labourer/Trade Assistant/Solar Mechanical Installer to join our team in Smithfield, NSW. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems, playing a vital part in our mission to provide clean, renewable energy solutions to our customers, in the C&I space.

What you'll be doing

Use of basic power and hand tools

Following instructions from your team leader to the best of your ability

Manual labour tasks including carrying and moving materials

Assist team with installation of mounting structure and solar panels

Assist with set up and clean up of site

Keep site safe at all times and use initiative to always stay on task.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in solar energy system installation or a physical trade. (Not essential but preferred)

the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Commitment to safety and a strong focus on quality workmanship

Consistent attendance and work ethic

Positive nature and outlook

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Construction white card

Full working rights within Australia

Own vehicle/transport

Willingness and ability to work interstate
