AMIGA Montessori is a family-run and rapidly expanding business, currently operating 16 centres (and counting) that provide quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years in purpose-built environments. About the Role:
Our Officer Fields centre and are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Educational Leader to join our pioneering team. At AMIGA Montessori, we pride ourselves on delivering quality childcare, interactive learning, and memorable experiences for our families. We are looking for a highly motivated Educational Leader to inspire the leaders of tomorrow and help shape this new centre from the ground up.

Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or Masters qualification
- Current Employee Working with Children Check
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Responding to abuse and neglect training
- Organised and detail-oriented mindset
- Initiative, integrity, and a strong sense of teamwork
- Enthusiastic approach to Early Years Education
- Montessori qualifications or experience (highly desirable)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support room leaders with adding families/staff to Tapestry
- Review and update plans and programs to ensure they are current and aligned with Montessori principles
- Read through and approve the 'Montessori Report' for each room
- Oversee fortnightly programming and observations:
- Ensure the centre follows the AMIGA yearly topics calendar and that any necessary resources are requested
- Verify all rooms' programs and plans are up to date
- Support adherence to the AMIGA Observation Policy
- Assist in planning and executing inclusions and excursions
- Communicate with parents regarding Montessori practices and programming
- Help schedule and conduct parent-teacher interviews
- Work alongside the Centre Manager/2IC in preparing for all centre events
