With strong repeat business, an appointment-only model, and a supportive team, this is the perfect chance to shine in a customer-focused environment.

Travel Consultant - Experienced

Salary: Circa $70K + Super + Uncapped Commission

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (no weekends!)

Client Base: Established repeat customers and referrals (appointment only)

The Role:

Manage end-to-end travel bookings for loyal, high-value clients

Create bespoke itineraries across air, land, cruise, and touring

Build long-term relationships with clients who trust your expertise

Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with no weekend or after-hours sales

What We're Looking For:

Experienced travel consultant with GDS skills

Strong international product knowledge and a passion for travel

Ability to deliver exceptional service and grow repeat business

Junior Travel Consultant - Graduate/Trainee

Salary: $55K + Super + Uncapped Commission

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Career Development: Full training and mentoring provided

The Role:

Support senior consultants while learning the ropes of the industry

Assist with itinerary planning, quoting, and customer service

Build your product knowledge across airlines, tours, and destinations

Step into a full consultant role as your skills grow

What We're Looking For:

Recent graduate of Travel & Tourism (TAFE or similar)

A love of travel and eagerness to build a career in the industry

Strong attention to detail, enthusiasm, and customer service / sales skills
