Employment: Ongoing
Salary Range: Up to $161,205. Package includes salary ($129,464 - $142,665), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

The Role

Lead the delivery of internal and external communication strategies, content and activities across a range of channels, including web, intranet, social media, news platforms and video to support the objectives in the NSW Ombudsman’s Strategic Plan.


About you

You have a proven track record in leading the delivery and implementation of successful communication plans to achieve key business and project objectives. You also have demonstratable experience delivering content campaigns and stakeholder engagement projects with a user/customer focus.

You are skilled in managing multiple projects at once, including the development of reports and publications, with the ability to effectively analyse success and provide recommendations for improvement.

You will know how to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and internal clients.

You will have proven planning and time management skills.

You will have relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
