Collections Driver – Full Time

Location: Campbellfield, Victoria

About the role

As a Collections Driver at Recycle Care Australia, you will play a key role in helping us reduce textile waste and contribute to a more sustainable future. This full-time role is based at our Campbellfield facility and involves the collection of recyclable post-consumer textiles from commercial and retail locations across Victoria.

Our standard trading hours are 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, and your workload will be scheduled within this timeframe.

What you’ll be doing

Collect and hand-load recyclable textiles (in bags) from locations across Victoria

Safely operate a 3-tonne truck (car licence required)

Liaise with customers to ensure efficient and reliable collections

Maintain accurate records of daily collections and report any issues

Assist with sorting and processing of collected materials at our Campbellfield facility when required

Contribute to a positive, safe, and collaborative team environment

What we’re looking for

A valid driver’s licence with experience operating commercial vehicles

Strong commitment to environmental sustainability and recycling

Good customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner

Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to follow set procedures

Physical fitness and capability to lift and manoeuvre bags (up to 15kg)

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
