Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Operator & Delivery Driver to join our team. The role involves warehouse operations including stock management, order preparation, forklift operation, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. This position requires responsibility, attention to detail, and compliance with safety and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, check, and organize incoming stock;

Prepare, pack, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently;

Operate forklift to move and organize warehouse goods safely;

Conduct daily inventory checks and maintain warehouse cleanliness;

Deliver products to customers on time and in good condition;

Follow company procedures and safety requirements at all times;

Assist with other warehouse or logistics tasks as required.

Requirements

Valid forklift license;

Permanent Residency (PR) in Australia;

Clean criminal record (police check required);

Valid Australian driver’s license with good driving record;

Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred;

Physically fit, able to handle manual handling tasks;

Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team;

Willing to follow work arrangements and flexible with schedules;

Basic English communication skills to understand instructions;

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);

Salary & Benefits

Starting rate: AUD 35–38/hour (TFN taxed), adjustable based on individual ability;
