What You'll Be Doing:

This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will be crucial to our success and will include:

Order & Customer Management:

Managing the end-to-end order process in our system (simpro), ensuring accuracy from data entry to completion.

Acting as a key contact for our customers, providing exceptional service via phone and email.

Creating picking slips and coordinating with the team to ensure orders are ready for dispatch.

Logistics & Scheduling:

Taking full ownership of the daily delivery schedule, coordinating drivers and routes for maximum efficiency.

Organising the most cost-effective freight solutions, liaising with both internal and external providers.

Coordinating the pickup of leftover stock from job sites in a timely manner.

Warehouse & Inventory Operations:

Operating the forklift (licence required) to safely receive and manage incoming stock.

Picking and preparing stock for both supply-only and installation jobs.

Conducting weekly stocktakes and performing quality assurance checks to maintain inventory accuracy.

Providing backup support to our truck driver as needed to ensure deliveries are always on schedule.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a practical, reliable, and switched-on individual. The right attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. To succeed in this role, you will need:

A current Forklift Licence - Essential.

A valid Australian Driver's Licence - Essential.

A hands-on attitude; you're not afraid to get involved in the warehouse or help the team wherever needed.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet, especially when coordinating logistics.

Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

A proactive and self-motivated work ethic, with a knack for time management and organisation.

Great communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
