As Contact Centre Manager, you will:
- Provide continuous coaching, mentoring, and "on-the-spot" feedback to Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Senior staff
- Manage escalations, resolving product and service issues within KPIs while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and staffing levels to keep operations running smoothly
- Monitor KPI performance, including email response times, call logs, escalations, and customer satisfaction (maintain 99% satisfaction)
- Ensure accurate reporting, audits, and compliance across all team activities
- Support the development of future leaders and deliver training for new and existing staff
