About the Client:

Our client, a leader in contract food manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to support day-to-day production on the sachet line. You will set up, operate, and monitor VFSS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) sachet machines and related equipment—similar to those used in medication management facilities—to safely deliver high-quality, on-spec powder premix sachets.

About the Role

Monday to Friday, 5 am to 1 pm or 7 am to 3 pm

Powder site - making premixes

Your responsibilities will include:

Operate sachet-line machinery (VFSS).

Perform line changeovers and basic troubleshooting to minimise downtime.

Conduct in-process quality checks (weights, seals, print, presentation).

Pack sachets into cartons/boxes and prepare finished goods for dispatch.

Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow GMP and WHS standards.

About You

Previous experience operating VFSS or similar sachet-line machinery.

Background in food, pharmaceutical, or medication management companies (highly regarded).

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality and safety procedures.

Proactive, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive, hands-on production tasks.
