We're looking for a dynamic and digitally savvy Marketing & Social Media Administrator to enhance both NDC Plastic Moulding Pty Ltd's and its associated wholesale pool parts brand Global Pool Supplies (AU) Pty Ltd's online presence and provide crucial support to our operations.

This position will report directly to the "Managing Director". The role will be based 100% on-site in Pinkenba, with both part-/full-time hours considered.

Key Responsibilities

· Website Management: Updating the NDC Plastic Moulding Pty Ltd website to ensure all content is current and engaging. Make use of technology to drive natural engagement through SEO techniques. Maintain the Global Pool Supplies (AU) Pty Ltd's web store, ensuring all website functionality and customer experience is optimised.

· Content Creation and Distribution: Compose engaging blogs and media content to inform potential clients and customers of current projects and new products across both brands. Schedule and post social media content across various platforms.

· Marketing and Promotions Support: Engage with potential new customers via email and phone calls. Assist with planning and execution of various marketing and promotional campaigns.

· Visual Content Production: Conduct product photography and make use of editing tools to craft product images for use on e-commerce platforms. Film parts and equipment in use and create "shorts" to better engage potential purchasers.

· General Administration and Operations Support: Using MYOB accounting program to assist with customer order fulfilment and shipping as well as other day-to-day tasks that may be required to maintain the smooth operation of the two brands.

Qualifications & Skills

· Proficient with IT and experience with digital media, content creation and social media.

· 1-2 years of experience in digital media and content creation is required.

· Experience with email marketing, and various digital platforms is essential.

· Understanding of website maintenance and security principles (Wordpress).

· Content management level experience with WordPress is essential.

· Basic photography and video editing skills favourable.

· Self-motivated with proactive nature.

· Basic data entry skills with MYOB accounting software are required.
