We are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Rutherford branch and support our East Coast Supervisor with warehousing and project work. This role will also involve occasional travel to other East Coast branches to cover leave periods if required.

The role:
- Full time position
- Rutherford location
- $30ph + penalties
- 7am to 4pm
- Free parking available on site

The duties:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Picking and despatching stock
- Organising bin codes in the warehouse and updating stock systems
- Stocktaking, inventory checks, and reconciliation
- Loading and unloading freight
- Generating connotes and booking freight
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Managing packing consumables
- General forklift operations
- Optimising warehouse space utilisation
- Assisting with general labouring duties for Mammoth & Ecoblue as required
- Following schedules and timelines to meet operational requirements
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with PPE, safety, and quality standards
The candidate:
- A strong safety and "zero harm" work ethic
- A current and valid Forklift licence - Counter balance or Order Picker
- Proven warehouse operations experience
- Experience with inventory systems and MS Office
- Ability to operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Experience with unloading shipping containers (desirable)
- Exposure to pipes, fittings, valves, or pumps (desirable)
- Strong customer service focus with good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to shifting requirements
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Resilience under pressure and commitment to deadlines
