Pay Range: $30-$32 per hour + super (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our small Sydney-based team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our warehouse — from receiving and organising inventory, to packing and dispatching orders, and maintaining a clean, efficient space.

This role requires a proactive and adaptable mindset, as you’ll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is a humble, hands-on individual who can communicate effectively, work closely with both internal and external teams, and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch

Help with quality control checks before dispatch

Receive, check, and store incoming stock

Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy

Handle customer returns, including inspecting, repackaging, and restocking items where appropriate

Work independently and unsupervised when required, while maintaining high standards of productivity and accuracy

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.

Coordinate directly with the team on stock movements, dispatch priorities, and customer orders

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in a similar industry.

Current Forklift license (RR)

Physically fit and capable of safely moving stock / lifting large furniture items [25kg]

Reliable, punctual, with the ability to work well within a team.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A proactive mindset, always willing to step in and help where needed.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
