With an asset base exceeding $1bn and operations expanding nationally, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.

The Role
As Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end analysis across a diverse portfolio.
• Deliver timely, insightful reporting and commentary to senior executives and board committees.
• Provide forward-looking financial modelling, scenario planning, and strategic advice to influence outcomes.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and reporting efficiencies through a period of organisational change.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, both financial and non-financial, building trusted relationships and challenging constructively to improve performance.

About You
You will bring:

• CPA or CA qualification (essential).
• Demonstrated experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within a complex, multi-entity environment (i.e. Retail, Pharma, FMCG, Supply Chain etc)
• A track record of delivering results during periods of growth, change, or transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives and non-finance stakeholders.
