The Opportunity
We are seeking an Associate-level lawyer with 2–5 years post-admission experience to join our busy Property Law team. You will work directly under the guidance of an Accredited Specialist in Property Law, gaining exposure to a wide range of transactions and development work. The role is primarily based in our Cleveland office, though there is also the opportunity to work from our Brisbane office.

Key Work Areas

Residential and commercial property transactions across Queensland

Property developments, including off-the-plan projects and subdivisions

Leasing and licensing arrangements

Corporate and commercial transactions connected to property

Advising clients across a range of industries on structuring, due diligence, and contracts

About You
You will have:

2–5 years post-admission experience in property law (some commercial law experience will be highly regarded)

Strong technical skills, with an interest in developing specialist expertise

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A proactive approach to client service and matter management

The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
