The Role – Property Lawyer / Conveyancing Solicitor
You’ll be responsible for managing residential property law and conveyancing matters from start to finish, including:

Reviewing and advising on Contracts of Sale

Handling end-to-end conveyancing transactions through to settlement

Providing clear, confident legal advice to clients

Using PEXA to manage electronic settlements

Building strong client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

Current Practising Certificate (Solicitor in Queensland)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property law / conveyancing

Strong knowledge of Queensland property law, contracts, and compliance

Proficiency with PEXA and electronic conveyancing

Personable, detail-focused, and deadline-driven
