Our client, a leader in the automotive and diesel sector, is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join their busy service team. This role is customer-facing and ideal for someone who combines strong mechanical knowledge with excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the first point of contact for customers both over the counter and on the phone
• Provide accurate advice on automotive and diesel technical issues
• Assist with fault finding and troubleshooting customer concerns
• Book jobs and liaise with the Service Coordinator to ensure smooth workflow
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor (or similar customer-facing role in automotive)
• Strong automotive knowledge, ideally diesel systems and components
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to interpret technical issues and explain them clearly to customers
• Organised, reliable, and proactive in managing daily tasks
