AllPro Pest Control are currently looking to expand our team due to current business growth and future business development. We have been trading for 17 years and are an award winning family owned and run business based in the Redlands. We have just recently won Australian Pest Manager of the Year 2025. Our main focus is based around the best possible customer service and providing high quality work. We are looking for a full time either experienced and licensed pest and termite technician, or if you are a motivated person looking to join the pest control industry, a superstar trainee to join our team. Your Key Responsibilities will include:

General and specialised pest control treatments and termite inspections and treatments to domestic, corporate, and commercial facilities

Ability to install/carry out termite eradication measures (eg installation of termite management systems, termite treatments)

Skills and experience, the following requirements are essential:

You must have a Queensland Pest Control & Timber Pest licence (Termite license would be beneficial but not essential) A minimum of 1 years' experience.

A current QLD Drivers Licence, current National Police check and Blue Card must be provided.

Reliable and strong work ethic.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and importantly, be self-motivated and able to work independently

Outstanding customer service skills are essential.

Punctual, courteous, professional manner, physically fit and able

Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
