Richards Pest Control is currently seeking a Pest Control and Termite Technician to join our team in a full-time role. We are a proudly independent, family-owned business that has been servicing the Gold Coast for over 70 years. Our reputation is built on professionalism, reliability, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct termite inspections and general pest treatments for residential and commercial properties

Perform all aspects of active termite treatments

Install termite management systems

Visit client sites to assess and provide detailed recommendations and quotes for termite solutions

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Current Queensland Pest Management Technician Licence (Pest & Termite)

Current driver’s licence and White Card (or willing and eligible to obtain)

Well-presented, professional, and physically fit for the demands of the job

Reliable, honest, and punctual with strong time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the role
