We’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves tech, and wants to make a real impact on people’s lives. You’ll be joining a business that’s rapidly scaling, with 150+ staff across Australia and a further 70 team members offshore in India. The company is building something different, a challenger brand in a sector dominated by tradition and the HR function is at the heart of shaping culture, capability, and growth.

Within HR, you’ll work closely with two highly experienced leaders who will mentor and support you every day. Together, you’ll form a small but powerful team that drives people strategy while staying connected to the business. What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years’ HR experience as a generalist or business partner.
• Passion for Learning & Development — able to design and deliver training (even on a shoestring).
• Tech-savvy, curious, and adaptable, with a growth mindset.
• A people person: resilient, caring, authentic, and with a good sense of humour.
• Experience in start-up, scale-up, or challenger environments ideal (rather than traditional corporates).
