Your new role
Joining a passionate and professional dealership admin team, your new role as Administration Officer/Receptionist is critical to support the day-to-day function of CMI Toyota’s Christies Beach and Southside Suzuki dealerships. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract which will be responsible not only for providing administrative excellence, but also for liaising with our loyal customers to provide an exceptional experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating dealership admin such as banking and processing of invoices and paperwork
- Overseeing stock control for Southside Suzuki, receiving and processing vehicles and contracts
- Relieving on the reception desk as required, providing a high level of customer service
- Supporting overall dealership presentation, ordering supplies and keeping things fresh
About you
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Prior experience in administrative and customer service roles
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to build relationships
- A natural aptitude for attention to detail and problem solving
- A current valid driver’s license (essential)
