Pokenom is an exciting new health food franchise located in Glenelg, serving fresh, vibrant poke bowls in a high-energy, beachside setting. We are currently seeking a reliable and efficient kitchen hand to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is consistent under pressure, and is looking for a long-term opportunity in a fun and supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing proteins (chicken, seafood, tofu) for poke bowls

Cutting and portioning fresh, sashimi-grade fish

Making house-made sauces

Washing, cutting, and prepping vegetables

Maintaining a clean, sanitised, and well-organised kitchen

Following all food safety and hygiene procedures

We prioritise team members who work quickly and efficiently, as we run a highly organised and fast-moving operation. Opportunities for front-of-house shifts may be available for applicants with strong communication and customer service skills.

We welcome international applicants, provided you hold a current and valid visa with work rights for at least the next 12 months.
