Our client specialises in rubber components for the mining and agricultural sector. They have a large modern workshop based in the Berrinba area.

Currently seeking Factory Machine Operators for an ongoing positions Monday to Friday 6am-2pm shift.

This role will not be suitable for those holding a Student or Working Holiday Visa.

Do you meet the following criteria:

Previous experience in Manufacturing or Production, preferably with rubber;

You must be able to communicate clearly, take & follow directions;

Confident using hand and power tools;

Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks – the role will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling;

Comfortable with complex processes;

Full availability for Monday-Friday shifts;

Maintaining the cleanliness and orderly operation of your work area;

Display a high attention to detail and a positive attitude;

Own reliable vehicle and valid licence – please note due to job location public transport may not be available;

Commitment to quality, safety and environmental policies, procedures and work instructions;

Your own hi-vis long sleeve shirt, long workpants & steel cap boots;

Available for an immediate start!
