We are a fast-growing women’s fashion brand seeking a talented and motivated E-commerce & Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our Melbourne team. This role combines ecommerce operations with creative visual merchandising, and is ideal for someone who can manage the overall look and feel of the website while also coordinating campaigns and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings across all ecommerce platforms.

Oversee the overall website look, layout, and user experience to align with brand identity.

Coordinate new product uploads, pricing, descriptions, and imagery.

Plan and fully organize campaigns — from concept to execution — including product launches, seasonal promotions, and collaborations.

Work closely with design, production, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging.

Support digital marketing initiatives such as EDMs, paid ads, SEO, and social media promotions.

Monitor website performance, stock levels, and product availability.

Analyse ecommerce and campaign performance, providing insights for growth.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in fashion ecommerce or a similar role.

Proven ability to manage website visuals and branding (layouts, banners, product presentation).

Experience in campaign planning and execution (EDMs, social media, promotions).

Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify )

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

A genuine passion for fashion, design, and online retail trends.
