This role sits within our Energy Management Team, where you’ll be responsible for servicing client accounts, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services, validating client energy invoices, processing accrual, operating expense, market reports and forecasts.

What you’ll do
Client Account Management
Maintain and update client data in TEEMS (The Edge Energy Management System).
Reconcile, forecast, and report electricity consumption and costs.
Co-ordinate and update client reports and deliverables to ensure they are provided on time.
Perform network and regulatory tariff analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Assist with client and stakeholder meetings, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Work
Support the team with ad hoc data analysis.
Undertake invoice validation, accrual and other ad hoc reporting tasks.
Assist in tender reviews and financial modelling to help clients optimise their energy spend.
Work with IT and senior team members to improve reporting and internal systems.
Collaboration & Professional Growth
Develop strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and co-ordinate client deliverables.
Learn to manage upwards and across teams, ensuring key deliverables are met.
Gain exposure to clients, senior management and industry stakeholders, setting you up for career progression.
About you
Quantitative background (final-year or recent grad) - e.g., Maths/Stats, Actuarial, Engineering, Economics/Finance, Accounting/Commerce, Data Science. Other quant-heavy pathways welcome.
Excel fluent: lookups/XLOOKUP, pivots, SUMIFS; Power Query a plus.
Meticulous attention to detail; organised and reliable with deadlines.
Clear communicator who can turn analysis into a short, client-ready story.
Curious about energy and motivated to learn quickly.

Salary: $70k - $80k + super (shared with all applicants upfront).
