Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage multiple Evaluation Officers.

Contract Length: 6 months with a potential extension of 6 months

Background
Defence Industry Security Branch (DISB) manages the Defence Industry Security Program (DISP). DISP supports Australian entities to understand and meet their security obligations when engaging in Defence tenders, contracts and projects. The 2023 Defence Strategic Review reinforces that a robust, resilient and internationally competitive Defence industrial base is a fundamental input to Defence capability.

Scope of Services

The key objectives of engaging Functional Operations Support Services includes;
a. Restoring efficiency, maintaining productivity and ensure deadlines are met under the DISP Service Level Agreement.
b. Ensuring compliance with Defence policies and security guidelines, and ensuring organizational integrity.
c. Establishing a manageable workflow while maintaining or improving overall performance.
The Functional Operation of DISP comprises of three Primary Services (Services):
a. DISP Application Assessment, Processing and Completion;
b. DISP Membership Entity Management and Support; and
c. DISP Membership System (DMS) and Business Governance Support.

Mandatory Requirements:

• The Specified Personnel must be Australian citizens and have an active BASELINE security clearance with the ability to obtain a NEGATIVE VETTING 1 clearance, if requested by DISB.
