About the Role

Our client is a recognised manufacturer and supplier within the food industry, producing a wide range of products for both retail and foodservice markets. They are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join their team in Campbellfield, VIC.

This full-time role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse and distribution activities across multiple environments (freezer, chiller, and ambient).

Shift Times & Pay

Full-time Permanent: 38 hours per week

Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm OR 9:30am – 6:00pm

Hourly rate: $32 – $36 per hour + super (depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing

Wrapping, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting with waste control

Operating forklifts (high reach, double deep, and counterbalance) safely and effectively

Managing stock replenishment and inventory control across multiple sites

Preparing pallets, including wrapping, securing, and moving to correct warehouse zones

Handling returnables (pallets and boards) and ensuring compliant storage

Supporting production by retrieving picked/staged materials from freezer/chiller/ambient storage

Maintaining forklift equipment and adhering to warehouse safety standards

Ensuring a clean, safe and organised work environment

What we’re looking for

Valid LF Forklift License

Valid Drivers License

Minimum 2 years’ warehouse experience

Experience operating high reach forklifts (double deep experience highly beneficial)

Ability to work across freezer/chiller environments (PPE provided)

Strong attention to detail with accurate stock management

A proactive team player with the ability to work independently

Physically fit and safety-focused

Additional Requirements

Proof of Right to Work in Australia

Willingness to complete a face-to-face interview
