The Opportunity:

We’re searching for skilled Forklift Operators to join one of Australia’s largest and most trusted distribution centres, based in Truganina. This DC is a key player in keeping supply chains moving nationally, and we’re offering you the chance to play a critical role within it.

With day and afternoon shifts available, this is steady, full time work where you’ll operate modern high reach forklifts, work with a supportive crew, and enjoy conditions that respect your time and effort.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• 🚚 Safely load and unload trucks with palletised, stillage and loose freight
• 🏗️ Operate High Reach forklifts up to 6 bays high with precision
• 📦 Pick, stage, and move stock within the DC using forklift attachments as required
• 🔄 Support inbound and outbound operations to meet tight schedules
• ⚖️ Work strictly to WHS requirements

What You’ll Need:

• ✅ Current LF licence with 12+ months high reach forklift experience
• ✅ Confidence operating at heights in a large DC
• ✅ Strong safety focus and a team first mindset
• ✅ Reliability and consistency show up, get the job done right
• 💪 Physically fit and ready for a busy warehouse role

Shift Options & Pay Rates:

🌞 Day Shift – Starts between 6am & 10am | 8-10 hrs | $39.86/hr + OT $55.82/hr

🌙 Afternoon Shift – Starts between 12pm & 4pm | 8-10 hrs | $45.61/hr + OT $55.82/hr

📆 Monday to Friday | Full time hours with overtime available
