Soap Solutions is an Australian family-owned soap manufacturer based in Cromer on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join our production team.

This is a casual position (initially 4–5 days per week) with consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and full training provided.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will:

Set up, operate, and monitor soap bar and liquid filling production lines.

Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and packaging standards.

Complete production records, reports, and documentation accurately.

Manage product changeovers, line clearance, and cleaning procedures.

Assist with equipment transfers, palletising, and packaging when required.

Maintain hygiene and safety standards, complying with ISO 9001:2015 and GMP 22716.

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone who brings:

Machine operating experience in manufacturing (food/personal care preferred, but not essential).

A mechanical/technical background and quick learning ability.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Physical fitness (standing for long periods and lifting 15+kg).

Full Australian working rights and proficiency in English.
