We are looking for experienced process workers and machine operators to join our client who is a global leader in healthcare and medical products. This role involves operating encapsulation and tableting machinery, performing quality checks and troubleshooting the machines to complete necessary changeovers.

About the role

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for the following:

• Operating and monitoring encapsulation and tableting machines
• Perform machine startups and shutdowns
• Basic troubleshooting duties
• Performing quality checks
• Completing GMP compliant batch records
• General warehouse cleaning duties where required
• Adhere to all workplace safety and GMP procedures and warehouse guidelines

To be successful, you will possess the following:

• Previous experience in a machine operator or production operator role
• Experience working in a GMP environment
• Be technically minded
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
• Team player with a proactive attitude
