They operate nationally across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, working with asset owners, landlords, and corporate real estate groups on projects that span chiller replacements, riser and pipework upgrades, fire system reviews, switch room refurbishments, and full building repositioning.

You'd be the go-to senior in Melbourne for hydraulics and wet fire, supporting a team of project managers and engineers, while collaborating with interstate specialists.

What you'll be doing

Designing and reviewing fire and hydraulic systems for complex building upgrades

Signing off across both disciplines (wet fire + hydraulics), or developing toward that capability

Conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and technical due diligence

Working closely with client-side PMs, giving you visibility on budgets, timelines, and delivery strategies

Coordinating with Sydney-based engineers and occasionally leading client discussions

Is this you?

Experience in both fire and hydraulics (or fire with hydraulics exposure and a willingness to build capability further)

Ideally with sign-off capability in VIC and working toward/holding accreditation in NSW (FPAS)

Comfortable working autonomously as the Melbourne lead engineer while plugged into a national team

Strong technical depth, with the confidence to provide practical solutions on site and in meetings
