All Traffic Hire is currently seeking candidates for Traffic Controller/Gatekeeper roles for sites around Melbourne. These assignments relate to loading docks and pedestrian management

We are looking for reliable Traffic Controller/Gatekeepers who are available for consistent 8-hour shifts, up to 7 days a week, with the flexibility to accept last-minute shifts when required. This role is offered on an ABN basis.

Core Responsibilities / Job Requirements

Manage and monitor site entry and exit points (Gatekeeping).

Check vehicles, staff, and deliveries entering/leaving the site.

Implement and monitor operational Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGSs).

Use of 2-way radios for clear site communication.

Load & unload vehicles with equipment & signage.

Equipment & WHS pre-start checks.

Report site hazards and near misses.

Ensure public safety through effective communication with team members & the public.

Skills and Experience

TC1 & TMI1 qualifications.

WHS Construction White Card

Must have complete Traffic Control PPE including Radio.

Excellent communication skills.

Reliability, punctuality, and professional presentation.

Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
