REGISTERED NURSE - NIGHT DUTY

We currently have an immediate opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a passionate Nurse to work in the Aged Care Industry.

To Apply you must have the following:

Current AHPRA Registration

A current National Police certificate

Current First aid Certificate

Excellent communication skills

Energy, empathy and a sense of humor

Computer Literacy

Proof of right to work and live in Australia.

Teamwork focused.

Ability to work all shifts, night duty equitable.

Your tasks will include:

Undertake client care needs, including assessment, case management and developing individualized Care Plans

Assisting the clinical management team with AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments

Providing support and supervision of Care Assistants

Liaising with clients and their significant others, and members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcome.
