The right person for this role will have:

Customer service and retail sales experience

Strong organisational skills

Inventory processes and high-volume turnover of stock

Focus on sales and customer service

A passion for second-hand clothing and fashion

An unwavering commitment to our UTURN service standards

Sound knowledge of inventory and stock management

The ability to form relationships and foster customer engagement

Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English)

Ability to make professional decisions

The right to work in Australia with no work limitations

Available to work on weekends
