About the role

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic casual Sales Assistant to join our team at ST IVES JEWELLERS' in St Ives NSW 2075. As a Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of our retail operation, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our jewellery store.

What you'll be doing

Providing outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a warm and welcoming manner

Demonstrating and explaining product features to customers, helping them find the perfect piece of jewellery including fine and fashion jewellery

Processing sales transactions and payments accurately and efficiently

Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment

Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

Performing other duties as required to support the store's operations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the jewellery industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

A friendly, positive and helpful attitude, with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction

Minimum of 2-3 days weekly

Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required

Possibility of permanent part time role for the right candidate

Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience required

Must have legal right to work in Australia
