Role: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time Educator (Certificate III or Diploma qualified)
Salary: $30.93 – $34.83 per hour

Essential Qualifications

✔️ Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
✔️ Current and valid Blue card
✔️ First Aid Certificate including training in Asthma and Anaphylaxis

Essential Skills & Attributes

Ability to provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children

Strong understanding of developmental milestones across age groups

Skilled in designing, implementing, and evaluating developmentally appropriate programs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with families and colleagues

Collaborative and adaptable team player

Desirable Skills & Knowledge

Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Respect and understanding of diverse cultures and family needs
Confidence in documenting learning using technology and software
Previous experience as an Educator, Assistant Educator, or Childcare Assistant
