About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Repair Technician to join our team. In

this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a

wide range of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops from brands such

as Apple, Samsung, Dell, HP, and more.

Key Responsibilities

 Diagnose and locate equipment faults; adjust, repair, or replace defective

components.

 Provide technical support and assistance to customers / endusers regarding

range of devices, equipment uses, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

 Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues

 Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, logic boards, and other

components

 Perform water damage repairs and data recovery (desirable)

 Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction

 Manage time effectively and work independently

 Keep accurate records of work performed (repairs, inspections, parts used).

 Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry codes, and workplace

policies.

Requirements

 Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in device repair

 Strong skills in diagnostics (hardware & software)

 Proficiency in replacing key components (screens, batteries, charging ports,

etc.)

 Experience with water damage repair and data recovery (preferred)

 High attention to detail and strong communication skills

 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
