About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the holistic wellbeing of residents and clients while ensuring clinical excellence, compliance, and quality improvement. Working within the “We Are Clifton” Model of Care, you will deliver evidence-based nursing care, guide and mentor care staff, and uphold the values of Respect, Compassion, Inclusion, and Integrity in everything you do.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing safe, high-quality, and person-centred clinical care

Completing comprehensive assessments, care planning, and evaluating outcomes

Administering medications and responding effectively to clinical changes and emergencies

Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in line with legislation and policies

Promoting a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

Supporting, mentoring, and guiding Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing

We are seeking RNs who are:

Compassionate, professional, and committed to person-centred care

Strong communicators who build positive relationships with residents, families, and teams

Confident in clinical decision-making and adaptable in a dynamic care environment

Motivated to contribute to continuous improvement and quality care outcomes

Qualifications & Requirements:

Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

Proven experience in residential, hospital, or aged care settings desirable

Current First Aid and CPR certificates

National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
