About the role

Trio Support Services is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing high quality care and assistance to our disability and aged clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

What you'll be doing

Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic support

Providing companionship and engaging clients in social and community participation either in-home or out and about

Maintaining accurate records and documentation to monitor client progress and support service delivery

Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure the wellbeing of clients and staff

What we're looking for

A genuine passion for caring for the disability and aged community

Relevant experience in a similar support worker or caregiving role

A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related field preferred but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
