No prior solar experience needed – just your electrical qualification, a great attitude, and the willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on large-scale solar farms

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with support from the team

Ensure safety, compliance, and reliable site operations

Maintain records and reporting for all activities

Work closely with site management and other technicians

What We’re Looking For

NSW Qualified Electrician (electrical licence essential)

No solar experience required – training provided

Current LVR/CPR & First Aid (Working at Heights desirable)

Driver’s licence and ability to work across multiple sites

Positive attitude, reliable, and open to learning
