Sanctuary Recruitment is hiring into its permanent aged care team to support our existing portfolio. The successful candidate will be walking into a hot desk with established client relationships, setting you up for immediate success but with the opportunity to grow the desk further.

This is a full-time position based in Sydney, NSW.

You’ll be working closely with our current permanent consultants to support the ongoing growth of our permanent business, alongside collaborating with our wider teams to leverage off each other’s relationships. This is a 360 role, so the ideal person will have had prior recruitment experience delivering end-to-end recruitment from the initial briefing to placement, including a proven track record in developing and nurturing long-term client relationships and engaging with top candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and headhunting.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end recruitment for permanent aged care roles, from initial client briefing to candidate placement.

Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

Proactively source, network, and headhunt top candidates using a variety of channels.

Collaborate with wider teams to leverage existing relationships and share market insights.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Contribute to a positive, team-first culture and participate in regular team events and initiatives.

Requirements

Recruitment experience OR a proven background in sales, networking, or business development.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent time management and organisational ability.

A positive, driven attitude with a curious mindset and a desire to strive for excellence.

Team player with a genuine desire to contribute to a growing business.
