As a Customer Service Rep, you’re the first point of contact, the go-to guru, and the smile that starts a journey. You’ll help our customers hit the road happy by delivering fast, friendly, and flawless service.

What You’ll Be Navigating Day-to-Day:

Welcoming travellers with warmth and helping them kick off their adventure

Processing bookings, handling payments, and making sure every detail is spot-on

Resolving queries like a pro, making sure vehicles are road trip-ready and looking sharp

Sharing local tips, must-see spots, and hidden gems (you're basically a travel influencer)

Handling admin tasks with accuracy and care (paper trails = safe trails)

Teaming up with legends across the branch and wider Travvia network

What’s in Your Travel Kit (a.k.a. what we’re looking for):

Superstar customer service skills (and a friendly face to match)
