JRM is currently recruiting for the position of Head of Hospitality. The role will lead the strategic direction and elevation of hospitality services across multiple aged care residences in NSW and ACT.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring every resident enjoys a high-quality, person-centred dining and hospitality experience that supports their health, wellbeing, and satisfaction.

Working as part of the Residential Services leadership team, you'll collaborate with site managers and corporate teams to deliver operational excellence, maintain compliance, and build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Success in the role is measured by resident satisfaction, strong compliance outcomes, engaged and high-performing teams, and sustainable, value-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a hospitality strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead and inspire multi-site hospitality teams to consistently deliver excellence in dining, food safety, and service.
• Ensure full compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, WHS, food safety, and infection control requirements.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, and contractors to achieve quality outcomes and cost-effectiveness.
• Champion innovation by engaging residents in feedback, consultation, and co-design of services.
• Oversee multiple sites, currently 30, across NSW and ACT with more to come.

About You

• 5+ years' leadership experience in hospitality or operations, ideally within aged care, health, or other regulated environments.
• Collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with proven ability to inspire and empower teams.
• Strategic, resilient, and results-oriented, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with compliance frameworks and service standards.
• Willingness to travel across NSW and ACT as required.
