Key responsibilities included:

Respond promptly to customer enquiries (phone/email/web)

Prepare and follow up on quotations in a timely manner

Accurately process customer orders and liaise with logistics for fulfilment

Support the external sales team with account management and customer communication

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

Experience with any CRM system is required for this position

Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions

Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and database management

Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating where required.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Proven experience in B2B sales or sales support (wholesale/technical/industrial markets preferred)

Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience is required

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

Self-motivated, results-driven, with strong time management

Ability to understand technical products and communicate value propositions clearly (training provided)

Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
