About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Labourer / Yard Person to join our busy heavy-duty mechanical workshops, with the role based between our two workshops in Wangara and Neerabup. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for general labouring and yardperson duties, ensuring the workshop and yard remains clean, organized and safe. You will operate a forklift to move materials and equipment and also handle deliveries and pickups in the company vehicle. This position is well-suited to someone who is physically fit, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean, safe and organized yard and workshop

Operate forklifts to transport materials and equipment safely

Manage deliveries and pickups using the company vehicle

Follow workplace health and safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Qualifications & experience

Yardperson experience within a workshop environment

Valid Australian driver's license (manual license essential and truck license preferred but not essential)

Forklift license and experience operating forklifts

Able to pass a Pre-employment Medical

Able to work unsupervised, show initiative and have good time management skills
