About the Role

You’ll be working hands-on across civil, plumbing, and drainage sites—operating Elevated Work Platforms, performing spotting duties, and supporting site labouring tasks. No two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a skilled, supportive crew that values safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Operate EWPs safely and efficiently.

Carry out spotting duties to maintain safe site operations.

Assist with labouring tasks such as site prep, material handling, and clean-up.

Work alongside tradespeople in plumbing, drainage, and construction.

Adhere to all safety standards and site procedures.

What You Need

White Card – Essential

Working at Heights certification – Essential

EWP High Risk Licence (Over 11m) – Essential

Experience as an EWP Operator or Spotter (preferred but not essential)

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Physically fit and able to perform manual labouring tasks
