About the role

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Auto Repair and Tyre Specialist to join our team. In this full-time position will be responsible for providing high-quality automotive repair and tyre sales services to our valued customers.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, on the phone and face to face

Provide expert advice and recommendations on tyre selection, automotive repair and maintenance

Process sales transactions, customer orders and returns

Maintain customer records and update relevant databases with accurate and up-to-date information

Collaborate with staff to address customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers

Adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards

About You

Along with a strong work ethic and a minimum of 3 years experience in automotive repair, tyre fitting, or related automotive services you'll have/be:

Knowledge of tyres, wheels, automotive parts and accessories, highly regarded - though not essential

Full Australian working rights

Experience with tyre fitting, wheel balancing, and automotive diagnostic equipment

Knowledge of brake systems, suspension, and general automotive repairs

Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Automotive trade qualification (Certificate III in Automotive Technology) or equivalent experience - highly regarded

Current driver's licence required

Understanding of automotive workshop safety procedures and WHS requirements
